REVIEW: Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner

The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner comes in a semi-transparent PP bottle with a twist cap. The ombre effect makes this minimal bottle stand out. It is colorless with a slightly viscous texture that is lightweight and easily absorbed by the skin. It has a strong lavender scent from Lavender oil extract. This also has Linalool.

Main Ingredients:
Fermented rice extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Ginseng Root Extract, Beta-Glucan, Bamboo Shoot Extract

My Thoughts:
As with most toners, I prefer to apply this using my hands and pat it gently until fully absorbed by the skin. This product claims to deliver intense moisture and nourishment to the skin and helps prevent the signs of aging by enhancing skin elasticity with rich nourishment. It consists of Black Rice Extract and Beta-Glucan for enhancing skin regeneration.

My skin feels plump after application, you can feel that the ingredients are working their magic on your skin. Made my skin feeling smooth too. Because it is lightweight, I had no issue layering it with other products.

People with sensitive skin need to take note that of the essential oil ingredients, suggest doing a patch test first. I did not experience any skin irritation using this, however, I don’t think it has given me awesome results compared to other hyaluronic toners that I used. The scent is overpowering, need a while to get used to it.

Overall, I enjoyed using this toner, it has given my skin hydration, but nothing else on top of that. Will not repurchase.
